Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to own the design, development, and validation of complex electrical systems for mission-critical, connected hardware. You will influence the full hardware lifecycle as a founding member of the team, shaping architecture and engineering standards to scale.

You will work across schematics, RF, mechanical integration, and hardware debugging, tackling challenges in cellular and RF frequencies, power, and signal integrity while collaborating with

Qualifications

• 7+ years of embedded electronics design experience.
• Experience with PCB design and RF integration for highly integrated devices.
• Experience bringing electronics from concept to mass production.
• Understanding of RF coexistence and signal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop mixed-signal schematics and PCB layout for application processors, RF transceivers, and power management.
• Design and validate RF/coexistence across wireless technologies, addressing EMC/interference.
• Collaborate with Mechanical/Industrial Design for form factor and antenna integration.
• Bring up, characterize, and troubleshoot hardware using RF test equipment.
• Drive BOMs, design docs, verification, and readiness from concept to mass production.
• Provide technical direction to EE team and partners.
