Job summary

Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years of experience.
- Experience leading antenna or radome designs through concept trades/studies, preliminary design, final design, and qualification.
- Experience with antenna, radome, or sensor measurements within near or far field systems.
Responsibilities
- Development and detailed design of antenna or radome hardware and requirements.
- Work with interdisciplinary engineering teams including thermal, structural, mechanical, systems, etc.
- Work with antenna or radome manufacturing suppliers.
- Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance to requirements.
