Job summary

Raytheon’s Effector RF Design Antenna & Radome team in Tucson, AZ seeks an engineer to contribute to antenna, radome, and measurement-system technology. The role is onsite and requires the ability to obtain interim clearance before start.

You will work with government programs to define requirements and validate hardware performance. The candidate will conduct conceptual trades, simulate with HFSS/CST/FEKO, and interface with suppliers to advance multi-disciplinary design efforts within a secure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM fields with minimum 2 years of related experience in antenna/radome design and qualification.

Responsibilities

• Development and detailed design of antenna or radome hardware and requirements.
• Collaborate with thermal, structural, and systems teams.
• Interface with manufacturers and suppliers for antenna/radome components.
• Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance against requirements.
