Job summary

Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading antenna or radome designs through concept to qualification.
- Experience with antenna/radome simulation and modeling tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and detailed design of antenna or radome hardware and requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (thermal, structural, mechanical, systems).
- Coordinate with suppliers and analyze data to verify performance against requirements.
- Validate hardware with government programs and security considerations.
