Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Engineer to lead antenna, radome, and antenna measurement system technology. You will provide technical oversight, define requirements, and drive modernization within government programs.

The candidate will lead teams, mentor staff, and contribute to technology roadmaps while coordinating with multi-disciplinary engineering groups to meet rigorous performance targets. Onsite role in Tucson, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading antenna or radome designs through concept to qualification.
• Experience with antenna/radome simulation and modeling tools.
• Experience with measurements in near or far field systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and detailed design of antenna or radome hardware and requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (thermal, structural, mechanical, systems).
• Coordinate with manufacturing suppliers and analyze data to verify performance.
