Raytheon in Tucson is seeking an entry-level antenna engineer to contribute to antenna, radome, and measurement system technology within the Effector RF Design Department. You will work with interdisciplinary teams and apply RF/EM theory learned in coursework.

The role provides mentorship, hands-on design tasks, and exposure to HFSS, CST, and other tools in a collaborative aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related STEM major by start date.
• Experience and/or coursework with RF and electromagnetic theory.
• Proficiency with modeling & simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi and/or GRASP.

Responsibilities

• Develop antenna or radome hardware and requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including thermal, structural, mechanical, and systems engineers.
• Work with antenna manufacturing suppliers.
• Perform antenna modeling and simulation on HPC resources.
• Interpret simulation or measurement data to verify performance against requirements.
