Job summary

Raytheon’s Effector RF Design Team in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior Engineer to design and mature RF packaging solutions for antennas, RF circuit card assemblies, radomes, and RF test equipment. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, provide technical oversight, and collaborate with engineering to set technology roadmaps and drive modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM and at least 5 years of relevant RF packaging experience.
• Experience designing RF packaging (CCA, antennas, radomes, RF test equipment) and using 3D CAD tools.
• Ability to obtain interim security clearance prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for RF packaging development.
• Lead multidiscipline teams and help establish technology roadmaps.
• Refine requirements with customers and program leadership to validate hardware.
• Mentor and train other engineers across the business.
