RTX is seeking an Engineer to join the Effector RF Design Antenna & Radome team in Tucson, AZ. You will lead antenna/radome hardware development and contribute to technology roadmaps while guiding multi-disciplinary teams. Onsite role requiring active DoD clearance eligibility.

You will interact with government customers to verify requirements, coordinate with suppliers, and drive execution across teams. Relocation assistance available.

Formación

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading antenna or radome designs through concept to qualification.
• Experience with antenna/radome simulation and modeling tools (HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, PMM, GRASP).
• Experience with near/far-field measurements and antenna testing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and detailed design of antenna or radome hardware.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (thermal, structural, mechanical, systems).
• Coordinate with antenna/radome manufacturing suppliers.
• Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance against requirements.
