Job summary

EnableComp in Franklin, Tennessee, seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Systems to own the commercial tech stack—Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay and Accord—and drive smarter, automated workflows. You’ll align GTM needs with system design, lead AI-enabled transformation, and partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps and Client Success.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Salesforce/RevOps, strong data modeling, and a proven ability to ship technical changes with vendors or teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
5+ years administering or managing Salesforce in a commercial/RevOps context.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Gong, Clay and/or Accord (or transferable tools).
Proven ability to use AI tools to build workflows and transform operations.
Strong SQL/SOQL fluency and ability to translate requests into data models.
Experience writing technical specs and working with developers or vendors.
Excellent cross-functional communication; healthcare or complex B2B sales experience a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally and work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Own platform for Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Accord as a product-driven stack.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Client Success to prioritize roadmaps and translate requirements into specs.
Design integrations across tools to move data from first touch to renewal with scalable configurations.
Translate GTM strategy into clean system design and scalable configurations.
Lead AI-enabled workflows and internal tools to reduce manual admin across the org.
Conduct data integrity and governance reviews across the stack.
Coordinate dashboards and real-time reporting on pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
Evaluate and pilot RevTech/AI capabilities with business-case and rollout plans.
