Job summary

Modern Treasury is hiring a RevOps Systems Admin to own our revenue systems, including Salesforce, LeanData, Chili Piper, and HubSpot, in San Francisco.

This role is not a maintenance seat; you’ll manage a backlog of structural work—account hierarchy rebuilds, new data models, lead routing redesigns, and a fresh customer lifecycle. You’ll implement data-driven changes with fast sign-off and AI-powered automation.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years building and maintaining Salesforce and a broader GTM stack.
• Ownership of day-to-day GTM tooling and ability to design improvements.
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving.
• Ability to use AI tools daily to accelerate build processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain fields, flows, validation rules, and layouts across Salesforce.
• Draft and own routing/workflow configuration across the stack with sign-off from the GTM Ops & Analytics Lead.
• Lead execution on major system redesigns: account hierarchy, opportunity/product data model, lead routing, customer lifecycle.
• Identify repetitive, rules-based GTM workflows with Engineering and automate them.
• Use AI tools daily in your build process and stand behind everything shipped.
• Resolve requests from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
