Job summary

EnableComp in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Systems to own and evolve the go-to-market tech stack — Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Accord. You will treat the stack as a product, driving smarter, faster, and more automated workflows across the commercial organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years with Salesforce in RevOps, hands-on with HubSpot, Gong, and Accord, plus a track record implementing AI-driven processes using Claude or similar tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering Salesforce in a commercial/RevOps context.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Gong, and ideally Clay and/or Accord.
• Experience using AI tools to build workflows and automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve EnableComp's commercial systems as a product-driven platform for GTM.
• Define integration design across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay and Accord; ensure clean data flows.
• Translate GTM strategy into scalable configuration and automation.
• Lead AI-assisted workflows and internal tools to reduce manual admin work.
• Perform data integrity and governance reviews across the stack.
• Coordinate dashboards and reporting for real-time pipeline visibility.
• Evaluate and pilot RevTech and AI capabilities with business cases.
• Manage deal lifecycle tooling and MAP/mutual-close-plan workflows via Accord.
