Job summary

Infinitus Systems in San Francisco seeks a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to own the sales and go-to-market engine. You will define the RevOps strategy, architecture, processes, and AI-driven automation to accelerate pipeline, close deals, and improve net revenue retention.

This role reports to the Commercial Lead and collaborates across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure timely actions, data-driven decisions, and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations or related GTM leadership at a B2B company.
• Proven track record in setting RevOps strategy and delivering pipeline, retention, and forecast improvements.
• Strategic, data-driven, with the confidence to challenge requests that don’t move the numbers.
• Hands-on Salesforce expertise with familiarity of HubSpot and Gong; experience with AI in GTM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define RevOps strategy, architecture, processes, and AI-driven automation.
• Own pipeline acceleration, deal closure, net revenue retention, and operational scale.
• Lead the Go-to-Market software stack selection, integration, and automation.
• Guide incentive design and ensure cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
