Infinitus Systems is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to own the sales and go-to-market engine. Define the RevOps strategy, establish architecture and processes, and drive outcomes accelerating pipeline, deals, and revenue growth.

You will align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring AI-driven automation and scale across the GTM stack, reporting to the Commercial Lead.

Competenze

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a B2B company with enterprise sales cycles.
• Track record of setting RevOps strategy and delivering outcomes.
• Strong data-driven perspective to guide revenue teams and ability to push back when needed.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with familiarity in HubSpot, Gong, and related tools.
