Qualio, a remote-first SaaS company empowering life-science teams, seeks a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to optimize GTM processes, systems, data, and AI-enabled workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

You will maintain RevOps tooling, drive automation, and ensure data integrity across systems. This individual contributor role supports a globally distributed team (NA/Europe/Australia) with growth potential toward GTM engineering as integrations and APIs evolve.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of Revenue Operations experience in SaaS.
• Experience with GTM processes and systems.
• Strong data integrity and governance capabilities.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and automation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage and optimize the RevOps technology stack (SFDC, Gong, HubSpot, Nooks, DealHub).
• Build automations and AI agents to reduce manual work and surface signals.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and CS to improve processes and data quality.
• Create GTM reports, dashboards, and support forecasting.
• Document guardrails and validate AI outputs against source systems.
