Infinitus is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to own the sales and go-to-market engine, defining RevOps strategy, architecture, processes, and AI-driven automation to accelerate pipeline generation and deal closure.

The role emphasizes driving revenue acceleration, GTM intelligence, forecasting, and scalable operations with hands-on architecture of Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong, leveraging AI to optimize GTM workflows.

Competenze

8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a B2B company with enterprise sales cycles.
Experience leading RevOps.
Deep, hands-on Salesforce experience.
Established knowledge of HubSpot, Gong, and MCP servers.
Practical experience and track record in applying AI and LLMs to real GTM workflows.
Strong analytical skills and the credibility to influence Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance leaders.
