Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform for mid-market and enterprise teams. You will own revenue measurement, including the Salesforce and GTM stack, from signed contract to paid invoice, and the data model that leadership relies on.

You will work with the analytics team to read data models, spot issues, and propose changes. Daily, you’ll leverage AI agents to perform tasks and drive revenue operations forward in a remote-first environment.

Formación

• 4–6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM systems in B2B SaaS
• Hands-on admin of a live Salesforce org
• Strong SQL and modeled data warehouse skills (layers, lineage, single metric definition)
• Deep knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle: funnel, pipeline, forecast, ARR, churn, renewals
• Experience shipping with AI agents or AI tooling
• Fluent English with clear written updates

Responsabilidades

• Own Salesforce configuration, release process and user access, plus the integrations around it (Gong, Clay, Lemlist, enrichment, e-signature, lead routing)
• Keep CRM data clean with guardrails; manage licenses and vendor renewals
• Maintain Salesforce manuals and RevOps SOPs and train new hires
• Own ARR and bookings logic (new, upsell, downsell, churn, renewals) and keep consistency across agreements, opportunities and invoices
• Run closed-deals and billing checks with Finance; fix errors at the source and add controls
• Audit invoices, track unpaid ones, and prepare quarterly commission and quota reports
• Own quarterly sales analytics pack, CRO report, forecast and pipeline coverage; track funnel, attribution with Marketing
• Query ClickHouse daily and define metric definitions; add data quality checks
• Build leadership dashboards, retire unused ones and present recommendations with owners
• Use AI coding agents for queries and automation; verify outputs; automate manual work and measure savings
