Job summary

Steer is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to build and scale the RevOps foundation across GTM functions. You will own the RevTech stack, drive automation, AI-enabled knowledge systems, and improvements to billing, forecasting, and reporting.

You will lead a small RevOps team, shape onboarding ramp metrics, and partner with Sales/Marketing/Finance to accelerate growth while ensuring data integrity and system interoperability. This is a fully remote role for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations or related leadership.
• Deep expertise with HubSpot and subscription/billing platforms.
• Hands-on automation and AI deployment experience.
• Experience owning ramp time and onboarding metrics.
• Strong data querying and board-level dashboard skills.
• History of consolidating or rationalizing GTM software.

Responsibilities

• Own Revenue Systems, Billing Infrastructure & AI Innovation across GTM.
• Drive enablement, ramp time reduction and pipeline productivity.
• Optimize funnel performance with dashboards and forecasting models.
• Lead data strategy and governance across the customer lifecycle.
• Manage and develop a RevOps team of 2 direct reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Product.
