Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a RevOps Systems Architect to build a modern, AI-powered revenue operations stack. You’ll be a Salesforce administrator and backend developer rolled into one, owning platform health and complex automations that power our GTM processes end to end.

You’ll design data pipelines, integrate AI tooling, and collaborate with engineering to ship scalable solutions. Remote first, with optional offices in major hubs, this role offers global impact in a fast-growing AI company.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Salesforce, including object model and Flows.
• Strong Apex development skills for custom logic and integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL, complex joins and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce org, data architecture, and platform health.
• Build automations with Flows, Apex, and custom services for GTM processes.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling for CRM workflows.
• Design SQL-based data pipelines for dashboards and revenue reporting.
• Translate business problems into technical scope and solutions.
