Job summary

Improvado, a marketing data platform for enterprise brands, is seeking a RevOps leader to own how revenue runs and is measured, including Salesforce, GTM tools, and the path from signed contract to paid invoice. You will work with analytics to interpret data models, and use AI agents daily to amplify a small team.

You will own ARR and bookings logic, run billing checks with Finance, audit invoices, and build leadership dashboards with clear ownership and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and comfort in a modeled data warehouse (layers, lineage, one definition per metric).
• Fluent English and clear written updates without being asked.
• Hands-on admin of a live Salesforce org.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce configuration, release process and user access, plus related integrations.
• Keep CRM data clean with guardrails and manage licences and renewals.
• Maintain Salesforce SOPs and train new hires.
