Improvado is hiring a RevOps leader to own Salesforce configuration, ARR/booking logic, and revenue analytics. You will work with Analytics to read data models, spot issues, and propose changes while coordinating with Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance and Product.

You will drive data quality, automate manual checks with AI agents, and build leadership dashboards. Remote-first, US-focused environment with strong growth and leadership exposure.

Formación

• 4–6+ years in RevOps or GTM ops for B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on admin of a live Salesforce org.
• Strong SQL and data warehouse modeling with clear metric definitions.
• Experience with contracts, invoicing and revenue data.
• Proven use of AI agents to ship useful tooling.
• Fluent English with clear written updates.

Responsabilidades

• Own Salesforce configuration, releases and user access, plus integrations.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and manage licences/renewals.
• Maintain RevOps SOPs and train new hires.
• Own ARR, bookings logic, and ensure consistency across systems.
• Audit invoices and track unpaid ones; prepare quarterly reports.
• Own quarterly sales analytics pack and CRO reports.
• Build leadership dashboards and document metric definitions.
