Job summary

Improvado, a leading AI-powered marketing data platform, seeks a RevOps leader to own revenue measurement and GTM tooling. You will handle Salesforce configuration, ARR/booking logic, and revenue analytics with a focus on clean data and scalable processes.

You’ll collaborate with Analytics, Finance, and Product, driving actionable insights daily. You will automate routine checks, ensure data fidelity, and guide leadership dashboards.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM systems in B2B SaaS with hands-on Salesforce admin.
• Strong SQL and data modeling experience; dbt is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of funnel, forecast, ARR, churn, renewals in a B2B SaaS context.
• Experience managing money side: contracts, invoicing, collections, CRM sync.
• Proven track record shipping AI-enabled tooling; fluent English in writing updates.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce configuration, release processes, access, and related integrations.
• Manage ARR, bookings, renewals, and ensure data integrity across CRM and invoicing.
• Lead revenue analytics; build CRO reports, forecasts, and pipeline insights.
• Develop AI-assisted automation for QA, CRM hygiene, and alerts.
• Be the single RevOps contact for Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance and Product.
