Job summary

Improvado, a marketing data platform for US-based enterprises, seeks a RevOps leader to own revenue measurement across Salesforce and GTM tools. You’ll oversee ARR/booking logic, ensure data integrity, and drive analytics and reporting for leadership, while collaborating with Finance, Marketing and Product.

Remote-first role with strong emphasis on AI-enabled automation, data modeling, and cross-functional ownership. 4–6+ years in RevOps and Salesforce admin are required.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM in B2B SaaS with hands-on admin of a live Salesforce org.
• Strong SQL and comfort in a modeled warehouse (layers, lineage, one definition per metric); dbt is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle: funnel, pipeline, forecast, ARR, churn, renewals.
• Experience running the money side: contracts, invoicing, collections, kept in sync with the CRM.
• Proof you build with AI agents: something you shipped that others use.
• Fluent English and clear written updates without being asked.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce configuration, release process and user access, plus the integrations around it (Gong, Clay, Lemlist, enrichment, e-signature, lead routing).
• Maintain CRM data quality and guardrails; manage licenses and vendor renewals; update Salesforce SOPs and train new hires.
• Own ARR and bookings logic (new, upsell, downsell, churn, renewals) and ensure consistency across agreements, opportunities and invoices; run billing checks with Finance.
• Lead quarterly sales analytics pack, CRO report, forecast and pipeline coverage; track funnel conversion and attribution; document metric definitions and data quality checks.
• Use coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) for queries and automation; verify outputs and measure hours saved and errors avoided.
• Be the single RevOps contact for Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance and Product; turn requests into owner-assigned tasks.
