Improvado is a marketing data platform trusted by mid-market and enterprise teams. We are seeking a Revenue Operations leader to own how revenue runs and is measured, covering Salesforce and GTM tools, the path from signed contract to paid invoice, the data model, and executive reports.

You will work closely with analytics to read models, spot issues, and suggest changes, while leveraging AI agents daily. You will manage ARR and bookings logic, audit invoices, and produce quarterly commission

Competenze

• 4–6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM systems in B2B SaaS, with hands-on admin of a live Salesforce org.
• Strong SQL and comfort with a modeled data warehouse (layers, lineage, one definition per metric).
• Deep knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle: funnel, pipeline, forecast, ARR, churn, renewals.
• Experience running the money side: contracts, invoicing, collections, kept in sync with the CRM.
• Proven ability to build with AI agents: shipped product used by others.
• Fluent English with clear written updates.

• Own Salesforce configuration, release process, user access, and related integrations.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene with guardrails; manage licences and renewals.
• Own ARR, bookings logic, and ensure consistency across contract, opportunity, and invoice data.
• Lead revenue analytics: quarterly sales pack, CRO report, forecast and pipeline coverage.
• Build leadership dashboards; document definitions and ensure data quality checks.
• Use AI agents for queries and automation; measure impact and savings.
• Be the single RevOps contact for Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance and Product.
