Job summary

Lucanet is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to own end-to-end RevOps, design automated workflows in Salesforce, HubSpot and Clay, and lead data-driven improvements in funnel, pipeline, and forecasting. You will collaborate with Finance, GTM leadership and VP-level stakeholders from a remote setup.

You should have hands-on automation experience in Salesforce/HubSpot, data enrichment with Clay, SQL knowledge, and proficiency in BI tools like Tableau/Power BI/Looker.

Qualifications

• End-to-end RevOps ownership from data models to system setup and process rollout.
• Hands-on experience building scalable automations in Salesforce and/or HubSpot reducing manual effort.
• Experience with data enrichment tools like Clay to improve data quality or pipeline generation.
• Knowledge of SQL and data pipelines or warehouses; capable of building dashboards in BI tools.
• Ability to turn funnel, pipeline and forecasting data into executive-ready recommendations in a B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated workflows in Salesforce, HubSpot and Clay.
• Build AI-powered data enrichment and routing for lead scoring and account research.
• Lead deep-dive analysis on funnel performance, pipeline conversion, and ROI.
• Own tool implementations and data quality governance across revenue systems.
• Map and optimize end-to-end revenue processes and lead cross-functional workshops.
• Drive VP-level and executive requests and deliver board-level reporting and forecasting models.
