Chaos is a global software leader seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Manager to own day-to-day revenue tech stack administration, bridging process design with deep technical execution. Qualifications

6+ years in admin-level CRM and marketing automation, incl. 2+ years in lead capacity with HubSpot.
Experience managing Salesforce dependencies and cross-platform data sync & reporting.
Proven track record evaluating adoptions of revenue tech like Hook.
Experience with data enrichment platforms (Clay) and scripting (JavaScript/Python).

Responsibilities

Own systems architecture and drive end-to-end workflow design across GTM stack.
Admin core automation platforms, ensure configuration, health, and standards.
Design, maintain, and standardize integrations across revenue tech.
Evaluate stack evolution and propose data-driven changes or deprecations.
Lead adoption of emerging automation tech and maintain governance guardrails.
