Job summary

Scorpion is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations & Analytics Director to build and optimize revenue data architecture, forecasting, and systems integration. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, with a dotted line to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will own Revenue Operations infrastructure and drive data-driven decisions.

This senior individual contributor role emphasizes solving complex problems, applying AI and automation, and translating data into actionable business insights across Sales,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of Revenue Operations experience including data architecture, analytics, and infra.
• Experience designing RevOps systems, forecasting, reporting, integrations, and automation.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and revenue performance.
• Experience analyzing complex revenue data and communicating insights to executives.
• Experience forecasting models and cross-functional collaboration to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue data architecture and governance across Marketing and Sales.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to reveal revenue trends and opportunities.
• Own forecasting models and pipeline health analyses with Finance on quota and performance.
• Lead architecture, integration, and optimization of Salesforce and GTM tech stack.
• Identify and implement AI/automation solutions across pipeline generation and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Product to connect data and processes.
