Job summary

Scorpion seeks a Senior Revenue Operations & Analytics Director to lead data architecture, forecasting, and go-to-market technology stack. You will own Revenue Operations infrastructure with support from a Salesforce admin, driving insights and actionable recommendations for revenue growth.

You'll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Product to optimize processes, leverage AI, and deliver measurable improvements in forecasting accuracy and pipeline health.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations or equivalent.
• Hands-on ownership of systems, data architecture, analytics, and infra.
• Experience with AI/automation to boost efficiency.
• Experience translating data into executive recommendations.
• Forecasting models and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build revenue data architecture across Marketing and Sales.
• Develop dashboards and reports for visibility into revenue trends.
• Own forecasting models and pipeline health analysis.
• Oversee Salesforce and GTM tech stack with external partners.
• Drive AI adoption and workflow automation across Revenue Ops.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product.
