Job summary

Scorpion is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations & Analytics Director to design and optimize the revenue tech stack, data architecture, and analytics that drive predictable growth.

Reporting to the CRO with a dotted line to the CMO, you will own Revenue Operations infrastructure, forecasting, reporting, and process improvements, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Revenue Operations experience with hands-on data architecture, analytics, and operational infrastructure.
• Proven track record designing, implementing, and optimizing RevOps systems, forecasting, reporting, integrations, and automation.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and revenue performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage revenue data architecture across Marketing and Sales with reliable, accessible information.
• Develop dashboards and reports providing visibility into revenue performance, trends, and opportunities.
• Own revenue forecasting, pipeline health analysis, and scenario modeling to drive predictability.
• Oversee Salesforce architecture, integration, and optimization with external partners.
• Identify and implement AI/automation solutions across pipeline generation, lead scoring, and forecasting.
• Present revenue performance and recommendations to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
