Job summary

Scorpion is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations & Analytics Director to build and optimize the revenue tech stack, data architecture, and forecasting. Remote - United States, reporting to the CRO with a dotted line to the CMO, you will own Revenue Operations end-to-end and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Product.

This role requires 8+ years in RevOps, hands-on work with Salesforce and analytics tools, and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations or related field with hands-on ownership of systems, data architecture, analytics, and infra.
• Experience designing and optimizing RevOps systems, forecasting models, reporting, integrations, and automation.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and revenue performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage revenue data architecture across Marketing and Sales with reliable, accessible information.
• Own revenue forecasting, pipeline inspection, and quota-related analyses to improve predictability.
• Architect and optimize Salesforce and GTM tech stack; oversee admins and external partners.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and translate data into actionable executive recommendations.
