impact.com is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst in New York to join a growing GTM organization with exposure to senior leadership. You will influence revenue systems, data quality, and territory assignments across regions.

Role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and BizApps to optimize configurations and enable scalable growth. Competitive compensation and RSU opportunities accompany a dynamic work culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in RevOps or Sales Operations across global regions.
• Advanced Salesforce proficiency and hands-on Clay experience (data enrichment/workflows).
• Account enrichment and deduplication tools (ZoomInfo, RingLead).

Responsibilities

• Systems & Platform Management: Administer RevOps systems, manage user access, document approval workflows, and oversee AI-driven data enrichment and imports.
• Territory Planning & Account Distribution: Execute weekly account distributions, manage user profiles and workflows, rebalance coverage gaps, and assign new-hire territory for AEs and BDRs.
• Data Quality & Governance: Maintain account hierarchy accuracy, resolve data conflicts, conduct audits, set up validation rules, and track data quality KPIs/scorecards.
