impact.com is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing GTM org. You will work with senior management and own end-to-end RevOps processes across systems, data, and territory operations.

You’ll manage Salesforce, Clay, ZoomInfo, and RingLead, run weekly territory distributions, ensure data quality, and build dashboards for sales leadership across regions. This role offers a $80k-$100k salary with a 5% annual bonus and RSU eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in RevOps or Sales Ops with end-to-end process improvements.
• Experience managing territory planning across global regions and multiple systems.
• Strong analytical, proactive problem solving, and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer RevOps systems, manage access, approvals, and AI-driven data enrichment.
• Execute weekly account distributions, manage profiles, rebalance coverage, and assign territories.
• Maintain data quality, resolve conflicts, audit data, and track KPIs.
