Backstory, the leading AI answers platform for sales teams, seeks a Sr. Director of GTM Operations to own metrics, systems, and the operating model. You will consolidate comp design, territory planning, pricing approvals, lead routing, and CRM administration into one integrated system.

You will present quarterly results to the Executive Leadership Team and drive data-driven decision-making across Sales, CS, and Partnerships, enabling growth and robust forecasting.

Qualificações

• Builder instinct; build functions or processes from scratch.
• Applied AI with experience deploying LLMs in workflows.
• GTM ops experience in a growth SaaS environment.
• Understand data flows across CRM, warehouse, and AI layers.
• Strong ARR forecasting knowledge for executives.

Responsabilidades

• Instrument the full customer journey from pre-funnel to expansion.
• Define GTM data model, funnel stages, metric definitions.
• Connect product usage and billing data to revenue stack.
• Govern CRM fields and ensure data quality.
• Design forecasting rhythm for consumption-based model.
• Present quarter results and forward guidance to ELT.
• Lead AI-driven reporting across GTM analytics.
