Job summary

Hello Heart is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to unify our revenue funnel and scale reporting. You will partner with GTM leadership, Finance and Systems to transform processes using AI and Salesforce to deliver actionable insights.

You will design dashboards, forecast accuracy, and cross-tool data fluency with Gong, Salesloft and Highspot, ensuring data quality and durable, self-serve workflows for executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue/Go-To-Mear Operatons or GTM Ops in SaaS.
• Advanced AI skills with agents integrated into daily workflow.
• Deep Salesforce architecture and data modeling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain GTM dashboards and KPI frameworks in Salesforce and AI tools.
• Provide executive-ready analyses and forecast risk insights.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and KPI tracking with standardized data.
• Partner with GTM leaders for process design and documentation.
• Collaborate on change management, training, and adoption tracking.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs for Salesforce devs.
• Manage cross-tool reporting between Salesforce and Gong, Salesloft, Highspot.
