Job summary

Siteimprove in the United States is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to turn complex revenue data into trusted territory, compensation, performance, and customer insights for leaders and frontline teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or related analytical role.
• Experience with territory design, quota/target setting, and compensation analytics for a B2B SaaS organization.
• Hands-on experience using AI assistants and agent-based tooling as part of analytics development workflow.
• Experience using AI to improve analytics, reporting, and automation with a practical, iterative approach.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms and Microsoft stack (Power BI, Azure) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Own annual and in-year territory planning for Sales and Customer Success.
• Build and maintain analytical models for compensation plans, quotas, and attainment.
• Develop dashboards and semantic models for Sales and CS performance.
• Create AI-enabled workflows, copilots, prompts, and templates for GTM use cases.
• Partner with GTM leaders and IT to ensure data governance and source accuracy.
