Job summary

Ingmor Packing Company seeks a Reverse Logistics & 3PL Manager to lead the external warehouse network, manage reverse logistics for reusable assets, and implement end-to-end processes to improve asset visibility and control. The role collaborates with Sales, Transportation, and Finance to optimize returns and reduce costs.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in logistics, with strong ERP/warehousing system expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, inventory control, or related function.
• Experience managing third-party warehouses or external logistics providers.

Responsibilities

• Own Ingomar's reverse-logistics process for reusable bins and other designated returnable assets.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility of reusable assets across facilities, external warehouses, and customers.
• Coordinate with customers, Sales, Transportation, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams for timely returns.
• Develop processes to recover reusable assets and improve utilization and asset lifecycle.
