Job summary

Verkada is seeking a commercially minded, customer‑centric Manager of Global Reverse Logistics in San Mateo. You will own the global reverse logistics P&L, design and scale a high‑performing fulfillment and return network, and lead the 3PL network to ensure efficient, low‑friction handoffs of returned inventory for downstream processing.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize SLAs, drive carrier and 3PL performance, and maximize hardware recovery value across regions.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in global logistics or supply chain with reverse logistics focus
• Cost–benefit analyses on network adjustments and vendor contracts
• Mastery of logistics KPIs and performance metrics
• Experience with ERP and data analytics to drive insights
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; professional certs are a plus

Responsibilities

• Own global reverse logistics P&L and optimize spend across transport, 3PL processing, inventory carrying costs, and asset recovery
• Streamline RMA lifecycle to reduce turnaround times, boost NPS, and meet SLAs for enterprise clients
• Scale global return hubs and consolidation centers across Americas, EMEA, APAC
• Enforce SLAs and accuracy across 3PL partners via KPI tracking and vendor management
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Support to fix friction and build scalable return policies
• Manage replacement pools and returned inventory in ERP to maximize hardware recovery value
