Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Reverse Logistics Specialist to manage customer accounts and ensure SLAs are met, supporting the Account Manager with data and problem-solving for both international and domestic clients.

You will oversee order management, inventory updates, status reporting, and collaborate with operations to drive process improvements and deliver logistics excellence, with opportunities to grow in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Microsoft Office experience; Excel required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Initiative and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• PowerPoint and Power BI experience.
• 3PL/Supply Chain/Logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and ensure SLAs are met.
• Prepare status reports and modify schedules.
• Assist Account Manager with data, advice and problem-solving.
• Handle order management, inventory updates and customer support for international and domestic clients.
• Communicate with customers on order status and delivery dates.
• Oversee reports for client, management and internal communications.
• Support process improvements and departmental documentation.
• Participate in business reviews with the customer.
• Work with operations to meet program requirements.
