Job summary

Everpure in Santa Clara is seeking an experienced RRO Program Manager to lead and transform its global reverse logistics network, optimizing returns, refurbishment, repair, and remanufacturing. You will collaborate with Customer Support, Quality, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and external 3PL partners to convert complex reverse supply chain challenges into value.

Qualifications

Reverse logistics and operations expertise in hardware environments.
Experience with ERP and WMS platforms to optimize processes and resolve bottlenecks.
Strong cross-functional program management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

End-to-end reverse supply chain optimization with internal and external partners to reduce turnaround times.
Own KPI management for turnaround time, cost per return, and recovery yield to maximize profitability.
Lead systems integration for returns portals, WMS, and repair tracking tools to ensure end-to-end traceability.
Drive sustainability and regulatory compliance across reverse logistics operations.
