ReturnPro Fort Worth, TX seeks an Assistant General Manager to co-lead a high-volume reverse logistics site. You will partner with the General Manager to run floor operations, own performance metrics, build a strong team, and relentlessly push for improvement.

You will manage cross-program workflows, drive cost control, and lead safety and training initiatives in a fast-growing environment. This role demands strategic in-the-moment leadership and data-driven decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years warehouse/logistics management experience.
• Hands-on experience in reverse logistics, distribution, or high-volume processing environments.
• P&L exposure: budget prep, cost control, and performance reporting.
• Experience with WMS platforms, handheld scanner workflows, and data-driven operations.
• Familiarity with OSHA, EPA regulations, and safety compliance.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with the GM to drive day-to-day facility operations across all programs.
• Own UPH/CPU performance across warehouse activities including receiving, testing, put-away, and ship.
• Analyze data to identify root causes, build improvement plans, and implement them.
• Maintain cadence for a 200,000 sq ft facility with diverse customer programs.
• Support budget prep, P&L management, and general ledger oversight to control costs.
