Ōura is seeking a Senior Manager for Commercial Partnerships Revenue Accounting and Lifecycle Enablement to own the accounting and operational lifecycle of our partnership ecosystem—from ideation to close. This remote US role collaborates with Legal, Partnerships, Product, and Finance to design scalable processes and standard terms.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional work, advise leadership on deal structure, and ensure accurate close and reporting.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in revenue accounting or finance related to partnerships.
• Experience translating commercial objectives into practical terms and controls.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and complex arrangements.

Responsabilités

• Own the commercial partnership lifecycle end-to-end for Revenue Accounting.
• Define end-to-end framework for partnership lifecycle: evaluation, contracting, launching, operating, and closing.
• Collaborate with Legal, Partnerships, Product, and Finance to design scalable GTM and accounting processes.
• Translate requirements into contract language that is clear and enforceable.
• Lead cross-functional sessions to drive issues to resolution and document commitments.
