Job summary

Ōura is seeking a Technical Revenue Accounting and Policy Manager to lead ASC 606 policy and ensure compliant, scalable revenue recognition across regions in a remote US role.

You will craft memos, collaborate with Sales, Legal, RevOps, and FP&A, and drive templates and playbooks to streamline close cycles and policy governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with ASC 606
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and related concepts
• Experience in technology/consumer products/subscription revenues
• Experience reviewing contracts and documenting accounting conclusions
• Strong technical writing skills for memos and policy docs
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, including non-standard terms
• Excellent collaboration and communication across functions

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ASC 606 policy framework for global revenue
• Deliver well-documented conclusions on complex deals
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, FP&A, and RevOps pre-signing
• Support timely, accurate revenue close
• Create templates, checklists, and playbooks to scale revenue governance
