Ōura is seeking a Manager, Partner Development (healthcare) to grow employer and health plan adoption of our healthcare partnership programs. You will manage relationships with live partners, win new accounts, and optimize the sales process across cross-functional teams to accelerate growth.

You will lead external meetings with employer stakeholders, design nurture strategies, and pursue upsell opportunities while ensuring strong engagement and measurable results within the first year.

Competenze

• 5+ years in a mix of new-business sales and post-sale growth or client success.
• Fixer mentality: identify gaps and drive fixes to revenue.
• Confident leading external-facing meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Track record of improving or scaling sales/account-management motions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate partnership narratives into pitches.
