Job summary

Oura is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to lead our Revenue & O2C Accounting team. You will own close processes for retail revenue, drive scale with new retailers, and partner with Technical Accounting to apply ASC 606 guidance.

You will build a high-performing team, translate complex accounting guidance into practical steps, and collaborate with Sales, FP&A, Rev Ops, and Business Systems to enable scalable, accurate financial operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, incl. revenue accounting and ASC 606.
• 2+ years of people-management experience.
• Experience leading day-to-day accounting team execution.
• Retail accounting experience incl. reconciliations, deductions, and close support.
• Strong ASC 606 knowledge with translating guidance to processes.
• Analytical and problem-solving with large data sets.
• Clear communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Accounting team: set priorities, coach, manage performance.
• Own monthly/quarterly close for retail revenue areas and related entries.
• Provide insights on retail revenue trends to Finance and partners.
• Collaborate with Technical Accounting on ASC 606 implications.
• Translate guidance into actionable processes and SOPs.
• Support onboarding of retailers and scalable accounting processes.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional enablement.
