Oura is seeking a Senior Manager of Commercial Partnerships Accounting & Lifecycle Enablement to own the accounting and operational lifecycle of our partnership ecosystem. You will advise on deal structure, translate requirements into contract language, and ensure scalable processes from ideation through close, with a focus on ASC 606 compliance and financial accuracy.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of progressive experience in revenue/accounting or related finance disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and its application to complex arrangements.
• Experience translating commercial objectives into contract terms and accounting conclusions.
• Proven ability to partner with Legal, Partnerships, and Product teams.
• CPA or equivalent qualification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of commercial partnerships for Revenue Accounting.
• Establish an end-to-end framework for evaluating, structuring, contracting, launching, operating, and closing partnership arrangements.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Commercial, Product, and Legal teams to define requirements and scalable processes.
• Define stage gates, ownership models, and handoffs from deal concept to execution and delivery.
• Provide guidance on accounting and operational readiness impacting financial statements.
• Develop standard contract terms and guardrails for Revenue Accounting.
