Job summary

Oura is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to own the commercial partnership lifecycle end to end for Revenue Accounting. You will build frameworks, collaborate with Legal, Partnerships, Product, and Finance to drive scalable accounting and governance across partnerships.

In this remote US role, you will lead contract terms, assess ASC 606 implications, and support month-end close while ensuring accuracy in revenue recognition and controls. You will partner across orgs to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of revenue accounting or related finance experience.
• CPA or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong ASC 606 knowledge and experience with complex arrangements.
• Experience across full lifecycle of partnerships and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial partnership lifecycle end to end for Revenue Accounting.
• Establish end-to-end framework for evaluating, structuring, approving, contracting, launching, operating, and closing partnership arrangements.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Commercial, Product, and Legal teams to define requirements, design processes, and test GTM solutions.
• Define clear stage gates, ownership models, approval requirements, and handoffs from deal concept through contract execution.
• Create visibility into the partnership pipeline, including upcoming launches and revenue implications.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on accounting considerations and execution risk.
