Hello Heart is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to build scalable GTM infrastructure, leveraging AI to provide actionable insights. You will bridge GTM leadership, Finance, and Systems—especially Salesforce—while shaping data-driven decision making.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations, ideally in B2B or B2B2C SaaS.
• Advanced AI skills with extensive experience integrating agents into daily workflows.
• Deep Salesforce expertise; able to architect reporting structures and write developer-ready requirements.
• Proven ability to translate GTM needs into precise technical requirements for development teams.
• Fluency across Gong, Salesloft, Highspot, Asana and similar GTM tech; strong reporting/analytics.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and present to executives.
• Proven cross-functional partnership with Sales, CS, Finance, and Data teams.
• Ability to travel up to 10% annually.

• Design and maintain GTM dashboards and KPI frameworks in Salesforce and AI tools.
• Deliver executive-ready strategic analysis to forecast pipeline and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and KPI tracking with standardized data.
• Partner with GTM leaders on process design, documentation, and management.
• Collaborate with GTM Enablement on training and adoption tracking.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs for Salesforce development.
• Maintain cross-tool reporting fluency between Salesforce and Gong, Salesloft, Highspot.
