Job summary

Walmart, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations to design and orchestrate end-to-end client onboarding from contract to activation. This role will drive scalable, measurable onboarding, with cross-functional collaboration across teams to define pathways, ownership, and performance metrics.

• Experience designing and improving end-to-end business processes.
• Strong program and change-management skills managing multiple initiatives.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into scalable system solutions across teams.

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed organization and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding and transition journey from deal close to activation.
• Define stages, milestones, readiness criteria, SLAs, ownership, and escalation paths.
• Develop standard pathways and exceptions across client, product, and market scenarios.
• Analyze onboarding cycle time, wait states, friction, and rework to identify improvements.
• Build a prioritized, impact-driven roadmap for process and system improvements.
• Translate onboarding needs into requirements for Salesforce, ServiceNow, and tools.
• Scale approaches for current and future markets or banners.
