Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in channel partnerships, business management, product marketing, omni-channel merchandising, or related area.
• Prior work experience in eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional partnerships to support the Incubation Account Management team's success.
• Oversee onboarding processes for key customers from presale through completion.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and deliver training and enablement resources to accelerate product adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to solve technical and operational challenges.
• Lead business plan execution by identifying needs and removing obstacles.
• Mentor and develop associates, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
• Partner with sellers when the business requires it to meet SLAs.
