Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations Scaled Services, Enablement and Support in Bentonville, AR to build scalable operating standards. You will document SOPs, maps, and playbooks, and govern critical processes across Product Commercialization, Commercial Activation, and Portfolio Planning.

You will partner with teams to simplify workflows, reduce tribal knowledge, and implement continuous improvements leveraging automation and AI where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, Project Management, Education, or a related field OR equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, business operations, business analysis, knowledge management, or a related field.
• Experience developing, documenting, or improving business processes and standard operating procedures.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Document and standardize critical business processes across Commercialization & Planning.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to map end‑to‑end workflows and dependencies.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, checklists, RACIs, decision trees, and templates.
• Conduct audits to keep documentation accurate and current.
