Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, or related field with 3 years’ project/program management experience.
• Alternatively, 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Define program goals, deliverables, and schedules for multiple technology projects aligned with strategic objectives.
• Assess resource requirements and identify risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
• Monitor project progress against milestones, leading cross-functional meetings to address issues and maintain program health.
• Manage budgeting and financial tracking, ensuring expenditures align with forecasts through effective governance.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, presenting data-driven recommendations and fostering consensus.
• Oversee technology-related process updates and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership and development opportunities to team members, promoting accountability and performance excellence.
